DIRECTIONS
We are at 333 N. Fairfax St., Suite 303, in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia, less than four miles south of Reagan National Airport.
From the West: Go east on King Street (Route 7). (You could also take Duke Street (Route 236).) After you cross Washington Street, go four more blocks to Fairfax Street. Turn left and go two and a half blocks. After you cross Queen Street, you will be in a block with two office buildings on your right. We are in the second building.
From the South or the Beltway: Take either the Mount Vernon Parkway or Route 1 north into Alexandria. Go two blocks past King Street (Route 7) to Queen Street. Make a right turn on Queen. From the Parkway (Washington Street) it is four blocks to Fairfax Street. From Route 1 it is seven blocks to Fairfax Street. Turn left on Fairfax. We are in the second building on the right.
From the North: Take the George Washington Parkway past Reagan National Airport, or take Route 1 through Crystal City, to Queen Street. (The block before Queen Street is Princess Street.) Turn left. From the Parkway it is four blocks to Fairfax Street. From Route 1, it is eight blocks to Fairfax Street. Turn left on Fairfax. We are in the second building on the right.
Parking: If your appointment is before 5:30 pm on a weekday, parking is on nearby streets, which are unmetered, but mainly restricted to two or three hours. Please do read the signs. As you know, parking enforcement is one of our most efficient government services.
After 5:30 p.m. and on weekends, parking is available in our garage. If you wish to park there during those times, you will need to place a visitor's pass in your windshield. This pass is the last page of our intake forms and may be printed out by going here. Please note that if you park your car in the garage at other times, it may be towed.
Cancellation Policy
You are responsible for the full balance due if you have to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. If you had an unavoidable emergency you must call us at (703) 548-2270 in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Otherwise, you may cancel online but you will be charged if you cancel within the 24 hour window before your appointment. There is no fee charged if you cancel before 24 hours of your appointment.
If you are late for an appointment, the therapist may not be able to give you a full session, though every attempt to do so will be made. You remain responsible for payment of the full time scheduled for you, regardless of when you arrive.
