All clients may make appointments by phone or click here to schedule online.
You may call us at at any time, but the best time is Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
If no one answers, we are either in session, taking another call, or away from the office. We will return your call. You can facilitate our return call if you let us know some good times to reach you.
If you have questions about whether we can help you, we are happy to consult with you by telephone.
Unless first-time clients hold a gift certificate, they are requested to provide their Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card number to reserve the time for their first appointment.
When an appointment is reserved for you, you are responsible for payment, unless the appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.
If you have to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, then you must call us at (703) 548-2270 in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. If you are late for an appointment, the therapist may not be able to give you a full session, though every attempt to do so will be made. You remain responsible for payment of the full time scheduled for you, regardless of when you arrive.
Our therapists are not qualified to lift people with mobility problems. If you cannot get on and off a massage table unaided, please bring to your appointment an assistant who is able to help you.
